Whoso despiseth
buwz  (booz)
to disrespect -- contemn, despise, utterly.
the word
dabar  (daw-baw')
a word; by implication, a matter (as spoken of) or thing; adverbially, a cause
shall be destroyed
chabal  (khaw-bal')
to wind tightly (as a rope), i.e. to bind; specifically, by a pledge; figuratively, to pervert, destroy; also to writhe in pain (especially of parturition)
but he that feareth
